Your first visit to Nouveau: exactly what happens
The short answer
You pick a time online, we call to confirm, your esthetician looks at your skin and talks through your goals, you have your treatment, and you leave with a clear plan. No deposit, no needles, no pressure.
Trying a new place for your skin can feel like a lot. Here is the whole visit, step by step, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Before you arrive

- We call youOur team calls shortly after to confirm the time and answer questions. If you have a skin concern or a date you are preparing for, mention it here.
- You get a reminderA text reminder arrives before your appointment, with the address.
How to prepare
- Come with clean skin if you can, or with light makeup. We cleanse before every treatment either way.
- Skip exfoliating scrubs and strong acids for a couple of days before a facial.
- Let us know about any medication that affects your skin, recent procedures or if you are pregnant.
- Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early for a short intake form.
At your visit
- Skin consultationYour esthetician looks at your skin, asks about your routine and what you want to change, and explains which treatment fits.
- Your $79.99 treatmentA face or body treatment, usually 30 to 60 minutes. Most clients describe it as relaxing.
- Your planBefore you leave, you get a written recommendation: what to do at home and, if you want it, which treatments would build on today's result.
Will I be pressured to buy a package?
No. Your esthetician will explain the options so you can decide, but there is no obligation. Many clients come back for a single visit first and decide later.
After your visit
- You can go straight back to work or your day.
- Use a gentle cleanser and SPF for the next 24 hours.
- If skin looks slightly flushed after cryo or LED, that usually settles quickly.
