Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability at the selected location. We recommend providing at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a session being deducted from a package or a fee for single services. Promotions & Pricing

Special offers, including new-client pricing, are subject to change and may have eligibility restrictions, such as being limited to first-time clients or specific locations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash, and are redeemable toward services at any Nouveau Wellness Center location, subject to applicable state law.
