Refund & Cancellation Policy

Services, Packages & Memberships

All sales of services, packages and memberships are final. We do not give cash refunds, in whole or in part, including for unused sessions, a change of mind, or results that differ from expectations. At management's discretion, the unused value of a purchase may be converted to store credit for other services or products at any Nouveau Wellness Center location.

Every package purchase includes a written agreement that the client reviews and signs before paying.

Products

Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unused and unopened. We do not give cash refunds on products. If you have a reaction to a product or service, stop using it, see your doctor and let us know.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be used toward services and products at any Nouveau Wellness Center location, subject to Florida law.

Appointments, Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a session being deducted from a package or a fee for single services.

Online Booking Deposit (When Offered)

Some online offers ask for a $20 deposit to reserve the visit. The $20 is applied to the visit. Cancel at least 24 hours before for a full refund. If you cancel later or don't show up, the $20 is not refunded - it stays as your credit for another treatment and never disappears.

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first at (941) 726-3055 or Nouveauspa29@gmail.com. We answer within 24 hours and will work with you to resolve it.
